Bad dealership

Unhappy with purchase of 2018 forester from Serramonte Subaru Colma CA. The short version is, got there 45 minutes before closing. Was rushed through the test drive. Still was sold on Subaru quality and performance. Missed mirror link does not work with iPhone. No Apple play and most important to me was no audio signal on back up camera when in the red. Found this out and more when I went to pick the car up the next day. Wanted to cancel the sale but of course it was too late. Don the sales floor manager called me an hour after leaving. Listened to my concerns and said ok, your unhappy. Someone from Subaru will call you Monday and give you something. Of course no call on Monday. I contacted the dealers customer service through email Tuesday. Was told supervisor would call me. After another two emails I was call back by Alham a customer service supervisor. Listened to my complaint and said she would talk to the branch manager and would get back to me tomorrow. In an hour she called me back and said I got an answer sooner than I thought. Oh also asked me what I wanted and I said a radio that supports back up audio and Apple play. So she said I had drive the car and negotiated the price so there is nothing they will do for me. They can take the car back with depreciation and buy a new one with what I want in it (2019) at a higher price. When I asked why Don the floor manager said something would be done for me she said I don’t know. I don’t know what was said during the conversation. So not only did they offer me anything, I felt like I was being called a liar besides. I purchased the car, the extended warranty for 7 yrs and prepaid service package. I am not a happy new Subaru customer being treated this way. I thought you should know how your dealers treat new customers especially after they drive the car off the lot.
