WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Service dept does not answer the phone or return phone calls. Had to call Consumer Affairs at corporate office just to get someone on the phone at the dealership other than the horribly rude receptionist. Then they claimed they did not have my car. Finally, they "found" it in the system but could not find it on the lot!!! After they found it, the cashier and service dept had already left for the day (3pm on Saturday). Hours later after trying to work out a way to pick up my car later that day, they promised they would take care of everything on Monday. Now it is Monday and they REFUSE to move my car outside the gate so my mechanic can pick it up after hours. THIS IS NOT WHAT WAS AGREED TO LATE SATURDAY. The whole purpose of my calls (starting on Friday) was to arrange an after hours pickup by my mechanic. At no point until TODAY (MONDAY) did they tell my they would not allow an after hours pick up. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

They can tell u all u need to know over the phone but get u in just to play games and deny u. I was guaranteed I would be leaving with a ca5 only to get denied. Don't do business with Tom Smith, hes is the worst and biggest fraud. So my advice is don't support them and find another dealership with honesty

Paint Fender Review
Was promise to spot paint fender where they chipped paint on 12-29-14. Was told I would be furnished an auto on 1-14 and they would do work then but they passed excuses back & forth from body shop to paint shop. Lack of honesty bottom line!

Serra Nissan Centerpoint are terrible
I went to the service center on 9/4/14. My gear shift on my Rogue was locked in park. The guy at the service counter told said about a hour. After two hours, no one have acknowledged my presents. I stood in front of the service counter for a least 30 minutes and they said nothing, did nothing. I had to get mad and raise my voice to get any information from them. Half the information untrue. they spend time on other things on my car and not addressing the main problem(shifter). The time they spend doing all the other things, the part needed, could have been ordered in time to arrive today(9/5/14). Now, I have to wait until Tuesday(9/9/14) or Wednesday (9/10/14). The staff at Serra (visser) Nissan in Centerpoint, Alabama are not professional and very unconcerned for their customers. So, If you go there, get your blood pressure checked afterward.

Make false paystubs for customers
They are *** artist and tried to get me to lie about my income. We left and called the better business company. we dont have time to make up lies to buy a car.Please be carefull of the many *** men thats work at the store and lie to sell a car.we went to a dealer in anniston and bought a car with no lies and unorganization. The dealer Serra Nissan was recently in the news of being raided by the FBI. I am so glad we did not buy the car there. we are very happy for the anniston dealer.

I purchased a Nissan Quest brand new. Recently had a problem with my rear door not closing, I took it to "Sarra Nissan" they cut the pulley without asking me. I called customer service to inform them of this. Long story short because this was the first car I purchased from the and started using Sears in 2010 for my services they don't think they should repair what their associate cut! What does my oil changes have to do with the door? ( I asked ) "Ma'am at this point you are not a valued customer" WTH Do you really think I'm going to purchase anything else from you to become that "valued customer"?

We went there and told them a monthly price for what we could afford they kept putting us into something much higher and even had us look at 3 cars that employee were driving which we're dirty. They kept telling us to go drop off our current car where we bought it and then we could buy from them since we could not have 3 cars in our name.
What kind of place is that. It's a scam.
