My car was supposed to get a new motor due to the fact that it had been burning oil since May. I was at Kia on May 18, 20, 21 July 19 August 16 and 26 October 24 November 14 and finally back on November 20 to have a new motor.
I left car with Kia and they gave me a loaner car. I picked my car up on December 2. Ive drove about 1500 miles with this motor and today my husband decided to check the oil and it was a quart and a half low. It looks like they lied about fixing my car.
Gardendale Kia is rude and doesnt like customers to complain.
The only person at that dealership that tried to help me was Gary I dont know his last name but very nice guy but sadly recently left. I was going to try Center Point Kia on Monday.
