I made one order two weeks ago through Facebook, because there I saw the advertising and I didnt received my order. I send them an email but they redirect me on a line that nobody respond.
When I tried to contact them by messenger, they told me that I have to wait longer because of COVID and after they blocked me and they delete the advertising with the pictures from where I ordered. Very serious Chinese company

Delivery supposed to be 30th November - 6th December but no notification received. Since these beanie hats are for Christmas presents I really need to know if they are en route.

I ordered two hats that are advertised as shipping in 7-20 days, its been a month and a half and I still havent received the items. I contacted the company who assured theyd send them out on Nov 10 but they did not.
