They sold me a product dangerous to use if I had a history of skin cancer.

- - Refund denied without a doctor's letter; 25% offered; seeking full refund with BBB and Hawaii Health Dept.
They never asked if I had a skin cancer history. Not until I got home and read the instruction manual did I read the warning not to use the product if I had a history of skin cancer confirming my history.
They refused any refund until they got the doctor's letter confirming my history. Then offered 25% refund.
I'm now dealing with BBB and Hawaii Dept of Health and my credit card company to get a full refund. High pressure sales techniques.

Vegas got me too.
- - Two salesmen followed her when she walked alone, and she is out $12k with nothing opened or used; they won't take it back, exploiting insecurities.
They saw me walking by myself, and they sent 2 salesmen after me. And they will not take it back!
Nothing has been opened, nothing has been used, and I'm out $12k.
They definitely saw me coming, alone, drinking and homesick. They play off every insecurity a woman has.

Product not worth the money!
- - Purchased eye cream in Las Vegas with cash; used it for 5 days.
- - Skin dried; wrinkles worse than night cream; refund denied per receipt.
I was I Las Vegas and approached to go inside to try eye cream. I paid cash for product and used for 5 days and it made my skin dryer than it was and wrinkles appeared worse than when using my night moisturizer eye cream.
I called to try to get refund but was told that receipt noted no refund.
They guy didnt mention I couldnt get refund.
Dont get suckered in buying this product before reading reviews! Im so mad at myself now after paying $150!!!

I asked to return products for refund. They declined.
I did a cancellation with Capital One MasterCard. It went through.
I was reimbursed $4600 and kept all the products which I use occasionally. There is No Magic wrinkle remover!
Company resolved the issue.

What a horrendous experience! They get you in, tell you that you will look 20 years younger with their products, give you a "fabulous deal" that you can't tell anyone about and send you on your way.
Once in their store, they insult you by telling you that you need to take better care of your skin. Charge two times the quoted price (they distract you and hide the price on the sales receipt) Send you home with inferior products that cause a skin reaction. Tell you they will exchange products for something else. Then ghost you.
Do not fall for any of it! It's an expensive scam!

- - Paid $325.14 for eye lift micro cream; no receipt or refunds; product different from store; eyes worse.
This was a scam. The pushy sales lady got me to try the product while we were visiting Las Vegas, which seemed to work great in store.
She said that “treatment” would last one week. After being pushed to buy and even “making a deal”, I bought the eye lift micro cream for $325.14. She took my credit card, scanned it somewhere else, packaged it up quickly without letting me see the receipt and sent me out the door. The next day my eyes were even WORSE than the day before (so much for a week treatment) and when I went to return it I noticed the receipt said no refunds.
I took it home anyway and thought maybe it works with time. I just tried my second “treatment” and this is NOT the same product she put on me in the store.
This is FRAUD and a SCAM. I am happy to have this water in a bottle shipped back and the charge refunded.
I bought products for 600$, then was told the products don’t work unless you get a 4500$ wand. Soon realize ed after getting home and reading reviews that they don’t give you the product that took the wrinkles away.
Scammed at Venetian in Vegas. Mastercard said “Too bad”,Law enforcement said, Too bad, salesperson said, Too bad, customer service for Sericin said they’d call back but ghosted , Anvologi , the wand maker said, Too bad.I will dispute w Cap One because receipts indicate foul play.

I was informed at the time of purchase that the glass jars were Shatter Proof.

I dropped a jar of face Cleaner on the floor upon opening the jar for the first time. The glass jar shattered into tiny slivers and pieces.
The company did not recognize what I was told at the time of sale that the jars were shatter proof and would not replace the jar. The company did not even contact me when I filed a complaint with the broken jar and cream enclosed.

Purchase disgust
- - Bought eye lift serum at Sericin in Venetian Shops Las Vegas.
- - The syringe gave one drop and then stopped.
I purchased the eye lift serum at the Sericin store inside the Venetian Shops Las Vegas as a gift for my mother. When she opened it the syringe only produced one drop of product and then stopped working altogether!
No one will answer the emails or the telephone to get a replacement or refund. I believe this is all a rip off scam.

They got me as well, I just got the eye cream and I feel like I was scammed this stuff don't work nothing like the stuff that they used. I spent $200 and he was slick and he made me feel like aging was a terrible thing and to treat yourself. I truly can't believe I fell for it.
