NEVER buy from Sergio Tacchini online, OR EVER
For 4 MONTHS (going 5) I have been trying to get refund, because they had not sent the correct documentation that I paid additional tax and duties fees. Never received my clothes, did not help resolve this, support acknowledged me maybe twice, waited probably for the 1 month return policy to end.
Still I am not receiving any response when opening other tickets for complaint.
0 HELP, 0 SUPPORT, 0 COMPANY. PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THEM AND DON'T SUPPORT THIS "COMPANY".

Verified ReviewerMade a return the next day after receiving items thru post office a week ago. But have not received any response after multiple txt and emails
I spent $287 on items that I returned as soon as I received them the next day because they didn't fit. It has been more than a week after sending multiple texts and emails.
I never received a single response or acknowledgment. I sent, and have copies of, the order receipt from the post office with the return address.
