I ordered one outfit online and press the button which displayed shop pay. They took all the money out of my account.
Now I have to dispute with Bank, I dont understand why they never answer emails and text messages and fake phone number.
This is supposed to be a professional company and it is not! I am trying to reverse the charges and the order and I have the picture with the 10%, which I never receive!

It is nit resolved, customer care is not replying to either emails I sent, follow ups that are made have not been answered. Very unprofessional
For 4 MONTHS (going 5) I have been trying to get refund, because they had not sent the correct documentation that I paid additional tax and duties fees. Never received my clothes, did not help resolve this, support acknowledged me maybe twice, waited probably for the 1 month return policy to end.
Still I am not receiving any response when opening other tickets for complaint.
0 HELP, 0 SUPPORT, 0 COMPANY. PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THEM AND DON'T SUPPORT THIS "COMPANY".

I spent $287 on items that I returned as soon as I received them the next day because they didn't fit. It has been more than a week after sending multiple texts and emails.
I never received a single response or acknowledgment. I sent, and have copies of, the order receipt from the post office with the return address.
