I ordered a ring from Serge DeNimes, but it was never delivered. Royal Mail confirmed they have no proof of delivery to any address, meaning the parcel was lost in transit.
My building management and concierge also confirmed that no package under my name was received.
Despite this, Serge DeNimes refuses to issue a refund, claiming the address was incomplete. While I didn't include a flat number, my building has a concierge who collects all the building parcels and ensures they reach the correct recipient. If the package had actually been delivered, they would have been able to identify the intended recipient but it never arrived. The company has provided no sufficient proof of where the package was supposedly delivered.
Worse, they ignored multiple emails and only responded here after I left a public review.
Its clear that once they have your money, customer service is nonexistent.
If anything goes wrong with your order, expect to be ghosted. I would not recommend buying from them.

I was always wearing my neckless very carefully and never wore it while I was sporting or someting. And out of the blue the material curved.
I feel very bad because I cant affors A new one. When I was trying to call serge denimes, it says 'wrong number'

I returned an item that I bought on the 23/12/2022, but still have not received the return money. The return was in perfect condition (in its pouch and in the same envelope) as I only tried the ring on once, it did not fit and I returned it. I was wondering when I will receive the money?
