Rude Customer Service

I am disappointed in a discrepancy in prices between their website and in person. They would not grant me the price I verified over the internet when I booked the appointment over a month ago. They argued saying the web host hasn't updated their prices. I have no problems paying the increase if that was in fact the price that was reflected on their website as well . as of yesterday 05/12 the price and it was still 125.00.They did not offer another solution for the issue, they made me feel like an *** Poor customer service = bad owners. no appologies were offered, bad buisnesses like that give other salons a bad name!
