Owner Lisa Paxson declined to refund partial payment

I went in to have highlights put in and a root touch up owner (Lisa Paxon-Bellew) fried my roots over processed hair after she had changed my appointment time when she realized what she'd done told me to come back at 10 am next day as I did she didn't arrive till 11am then turned my hair horrible pink. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate her mistakes and she still charged me $185 knowing I was not happy

I had to go to another salon paying $200 to fix her mistakes
