Company DISCRIMINATES

Serendipity Labs located at 1 S Wacker Dr STE 200 Chicago, IL. 60606 (pending 25 additional locations) is a TERRIBLE company to do business do to discrimination and I would strongly recommend NOT to affiliate your company with the negativity.

Serendipity Labs prides themselves of being innovative and unique, but EXETREMLY UNprofessional employees (jeans) and Laura Hamburg who handles press & media inquiries uses Google Voice (347-469-****) for her contact number.

Met with the director of sales (Jackie Haisley) who explained Serendipity Labs memberships, but when it was time to finalize the paperwork their operations manager declined to offer the membership any longer and a SERIOUS accusation was made referencing my company legitimacy (which it is registered with the state, federal government, has website, etc.). We have contacted several government agencies regarding this experience and is currently under investigation(s).

Who would want to do business with Serendipity Labs when they INSULT their potential clients..

Please do NOT ruin your company's reputation by doing business with this UNprofessional disgrace to the corporate world.
