FAKE Company , Fraudulent People

I had a contract with SEOP for SEO compaign for my company . A Provided all required information .
My Client manager was Jonathan Silver . He answer my calls once in a month . Ever time i called , he lied and said they are working on my project. After 5 months and after paying $5000.00 .
I did not see any visibility of my website . Finally I called and he Replied that we are Unable to access your site for some reason . I called company manager KIM m She said you can cancel your contract , but No money back . I called owner of SEOP , He never returned my call .
This is FAKE company with fraudulent people .
I just wanna say this *** company must be Shutdown . These *** people have no right to carry business and deceive clients .

Not paid for my work

I have written articles for this firm and did guest posts as well but they didn't pay me single cent for the work.. They simply take work and do such scams..:(it's not like $100 or $200 but the amount is $2500.
Still they are giving me more work but refuse the payment at the moment. they said they need a time to check the work and there's problem in our paypal.. it takes a time and you need to styan in touch. Now what to do?
