I ordered keys for my safe and have still not received them. It has been a month now, I have emailed and have not received a response. I have called with a busy signal and then proceeded to call the Mexico line as a last resort with being put on hold for hours. This is the worst customer service from a company I have ever not received. (I cant get ahold of anyone!!!!)

I spent over an hour getting my Sentry safe open, now it won't close. I had it installed in my closet about a year ago and store my handgun in it. It is a rotary combination model. I have already removed it from the closet and plan now to replace it with something THAT WORKS (other than Sentry as this thing is ridiculous). Greetings, I was going to buy the stw123gtc safe by Sentry Safe. I went online with a credit card; their web certificate had expired ~75 days prior! I went back a few days later, as I really wanted this model. They finally got the web cert issue resolved. So I fill out the online form, and it tells me my ZIP code is wrong for my city.
