not true about "welcome your feedback" from your customers
- - Purchased Sentry Calming Spray; kept in fridge; used on dogs during storms; no effect.
- - Canada says no feedback; US says product is discontinued.
I purchased the Sentry Calming Spray a few years ago, kept in my fridge and have used on both my dogs on several occasions. Both dogs are terrified of storms and thunder ...long story short, on every occasion that I have used in their "safe spot" and according to instructions, there was absolutely NO calming effect.
I wanted to give feedback about your product as you apparently "welcome feedback". I understand that you are clearly not interested in feedback, I was redirected to Canada (where I purchased the product) and although the agent was friendly, she spoke of unrelated issues and said she doesnt really take feedback and for me to call the U.S. The U.S agent was less than friendly and just said the product is discontinued. I asked because it is "ineffective", said he cant answer that.
I asked if he could send me a product that DID work. He said "no, we dont send anything to Canada" TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
