Poor service
- - The Ankeny HOA uses Sentry Management, which the reviewer calls horrible.
- - Emails bounce, mowing is three weeks late, and snow removal is poor.
If you are moving to the Ankeny are do not sign with an HOA the uses Sentry Management they are horrible. You will never be able to get a hold of them.
Send an email it gets kicked back!!! Supposed to mow every week HA its going on 3 weeks and can't get a hold of them and don't get me started on snow removal.
nothing but horrible customer service and management. The only thing they are good at is taking your money.your money
