Poor service
If you are moving to the Ankeny are do not sign with an HOA the uses Sentry Management they are horrible. You will never be able to get a hold of them.
Send an email it gets kicked back!!! Supposed to mow every week HA its going on 3 weeks and can't get a hold of them and don't get me started on snow removal.
nothing but horrible customer service and management. The only thing they are good at is taking your money.your money
