Cons: Manager on duty is a major issue, No way of receiving your account if hacked.Recent recommendations regarding this business are as follows: "Apartment emergency contact number for other people that they use the ability to access their account", "I would never recommend to anyone to rent from this man.the company possibly as the lady in charge was nice but the manager on duty I'd be telling everyone I meet what a Un professional rude person and robbery artist he must be.they basicly waisted my time and stole everything I payed almost $30,0000 to store there in. Rental fees I did pay n not once did I feel welcome or comfortable there until they took it all from me.".

Customer service called me back on the final day before my stuff was auctioned off and made it so that I could pay my bill, which was way overdue. Thanks a lot; I really appreciate it.

I got ahold of a manager and my items were already auctioned off by time they finally responded to me was too late. Total *** I lost a lot due to there negligence. And rude judgemental attitudes..the staff manager at that facility us a total *** I'd be happy to follow his *** home n show him the better end of a baseball bat.
I find it unbelievable that he still holds his job considering his habitual tardiness. He was often late, sometimes showing up at 9 or 9:30 am instead of the official opening time at 8 am. On my last day, he denied me access to the unit despite a pressing police emergency on my hands; I even showed him the officer's card. His cold refusal to let me retrieve my belongings was unacceptable, especially as he had never provided proper access before. I felt he was stealing my belongings, denying me access even after the account had been fully paid. This was all just a power trip for him; he's a poor excuse for a human being. If the laws were different, he wouldn't act as he does and most certainly wouldn't have been treated as kindly as I have shown him.
His behavior was rude, insulting, and he was impossible to deal with. The issues were never resolved. He merely pretended they were, while deflecting blame and feigning helpfulness. He should've given us a time slot like everyone else to access our belongings, not just when or if he felt like it, or when he had nothing better to do. There's no justification for his behavior. This manager needs to be fired or disciplined by someone. I would've done it myself, but I've decided to be the bigger person. As a result, I've lost everything from my unit because of his actions.

Preferred solution: I want my belongings as I feel he straight up robbed me and I want a writen apology for his actions by the sentinal team.
