- On hold 2 hours or more with music; emails receive no response; customer service is very poor.
I needed to cancel my SS insurance since I now have a Medicare Advantage Plan.
You can hang on the phone for 2 hours or more and only hear music, but a human will never pick up the phone. I have tried to contact them with emails and no response. Very poor customer service.
