Sentinel Fence - I am pleased with the product that I received and the customer service.
I wanted a product made out of aluminum along made in the States. Sentinel product fit my requirements. I ordered 90 lineal feet of product. All the items were packed and shipped to California. This uses multiple truck with transfers to cover the distance of 2,000 miles. Must have a facility to unload using a forklift. Boxes came with only minor cosmetic issues. Sentinel stood behind the products and shipped them separately.

Worst Fencing Company

Sentinel Fence and Rail is one of the most worst companies we have ever ordered fences from. Every one of our orders (we have ordered 5-10 fences in the past year) has been shipped weeks after promised. No communication on their part to notify us of the delay. Our most recent and last order, we told the General Manager, Chad Herndon, on May 27th that we needed the fence delivered to our office by June 14th. We call on the 13th wanting to check on shipping tracking; they inform us our order has not left their facility and will probably arrive to us on June 21st. After expressing our frustration and insisting they expedite the order, they say the best they can do is delivery sometime on June 16th. When I ask for a discount of free shipping or $ off the order, the OWNER says if we ordered a fence from them every week they would be more inclined to offer us free shipping; since we are not a high volume client the owner would rather lose business then have any kind of pride in company promises. NEVER ORDER A FENCE FROM SENTINEL FENCE AND RAIL- YOU WILL BE TREATED AS WORTHLESS

Bad installation, poor service.sentinel fence.

Fence didn't run in a straight line or on property. Gates were late and out of square. never came back to fix problems. Would not return my calls or e-mails. The toprail on the fence looked like a wave. Had to have it fixed by another company and cost me twice as much. I think the owner has left the area. Went to his home address and it didn't look like anyone lived there. Checked with the local city department and couldn't find a business license. The supplier he dealt with said he owed them money.
