I purchased a hand piece that needs the tips (lens) to do the intended service. I was told and signed my purchase order that accessories were included but did not receive those listed in the manual .

I got one , and one old junk one that doesn't even go to the hand piece. Eric purposely did not disclose that the lens would not be with the hand piece .

He was not transparent as I would not have made the purchase, and would not make it right. Don't trust this company.
