Had a appointment on 03/24/2025 the lady wouldnt accept my Medicare, red, white and blue card nor my supplemental insurance card but she accepted my prescription drug card and then they sent me an email 2 months later stating I owe them 260.00 I called to explain the situation the lady apologized for the receptionist error I contacted meet you up Omaha and Medicare said that they never submitted a bill and that my Medicare was active part A & B as well as my Mutual of Omaha active Cynthia Princess Ann imaging center told me to contact billing spoke with SARA fruitless, and she stated I owe I said I have insurance she said you must pay that bill I found fraud charges You have to be very careful because center is fraud in the elderly the receptionist not doing her job properly or accurately then what they do is they send a bill to collection I don't care where she sent it to. I'm not paying it.
