  • Customer service for individual plans is non-existent; they charged my elderly mom after canceling and won't stop charges or reply to emails.

Never felt the need to write a review till now. Their customer service is worse than non-existent (specifically for individual plans).

They charged my elderly mom for 6 months ($1k per month) 6 months AFTER she canceled her membership. They never replied to any of her emails (even after automated replies constantly say someone will reply in 24 hours). She tried calling customer service and could never get ahold of anyone. So I took over, and when I called explaining the situation, she said that her membership has been canceled.

I said yes. That's why I am calling to see why she is still being charged, telling them to stop charging her and refund the rest. She said she couldn't help with that and would transfer me to finance, but said they usually don't answer the phone. Okay.

So I said, can I stop her payments through her online account? She said no because her membership is canceled; she can't access her online account. Literally WHAT??

How are they charging her and making it actually impossible to stop the charges? Criminal behavior.

User's recommendation: Please never support this company

  • Insurance is offered but not widely accepted; only some hospitals take it.
  • Appointments are overbooked and staff don't treat you; they just ask why.

They gave you insurance but no body takes them but hospital and some doctors offices and they over book people for there appointments I thought I was the only one that they were milking far as insurance until a couple was saying how they had appointments and fruitless thats what they do they have you come for appointments and dont do nothing at all but ask you what brings you here today the health care gold is bad they need to be audit and getting worse even to the insurance is free government they dont pay any dentist and if you get approved for physical therapy or occupational therapy they want to be nosy. First thing they asked you if you have any devices but theyre not gonna help you get none.

They just get paid. People be mindful and watchful pay attention the nurse one of my loved one to sign for procedure that he wasn't even getting, and they knew he wasn't getting it so they can build Medicaid even though he wasn't getting the procedure, and they knew it and the staff so nasty rude I am talking facts it's always a nasty doctor coming in the room passive-aggressive a nasty nerve

User's recommendation: Ask questions be mindful
