My advice is to never support a company that doesn't back its product.
I was sold a defective product & I couldn't get help from anyone in the Sensationnel Company. It took several days to get a response by email, unfortunately, there's no number.

DISSATISFACTION
I purchased a unit from a local beauty supply store which was originally on the shelf for $650, I installed the unit 1 time, No color, and it matted like synthetic hair.

Unfinished wig
Hello. I purchased the Antonia T2/350.
I love the color and length; however, there's a spot at the top where it looks unfinished.
The store will not take it back or exchange it. I will attach photos.
