I ordered a Mimosa Maestra in Storm colour and revived a Midi Maestra in a plum colour. I contacted the helpdesk by email and was told by Ms Cindy Chung they were going to send out a replacement bag and investigate this further and get a better understanding of what went wrong.
Two subsequent replacement bags were shipped by fulfillment team manager, each bag received was a Midi Maestra in plum. I arranged return of the three bags sent in error by DHL and emailed copies of the bills.
I was informed by Kristine in customer service by email that my refund would be processed 5-7 working days after receipt. Despite 2 further emails enquiring about receipt of goods I have received no response or refund one month later.

Verified Reviewer |Initially disappointed with a very slow response from Senreve’s customer service. With persistence & help from Pissed Consumer, the issue was resolved
To Pissed Consumer, I would like to THANK YOÜ for a very swift action on my issue. I was already hopeless after so many unanswered emails and voicemail messages to Senreve.
It came as a surprise to me to receive an email from the Client Concierge Manager, Ms Julia Walker, who assisted in the process of refund.
I also have just received a refund statement from them today.
On behalf of my husband and I, we thank you for the great assistance you have extended to us.
You are Gods sent!

Never received my order. Sent email but didn’t get anything resolved. My credit card Was changed
Never received my order. Emailed but was told it wasnt processed, but cc was charged. Email said will look into it but nothing resolved.

We were promised a one time refund provided we buy a new item then follow instructions after by sending proof of new purchase.
We did everything as instructed by Ms Cindy Chung of customer service.
They could only be reached via email and the numbers listed on the web is useless.
Very poor customer service.

The commutation with this company is terrible.
My gift certificate never processed and they are not responding to emails and phone number online doesnt work.
Preferred solution: A credit for the amount of my gift certificate
