No me deja entrar a la cuenta cuando quiero cambiar la contraseña por la app me dice q revisé mi correo electrónico q me va a llegar para poder cambiar la contraseña y ese correo nunca llega y haci estoy hace días y le e mandado a ustedes no se cuantos correos y no me han ayudado para nada ya le e comentado a varios amigos del suceso y todos me han dado un mensaje negativo de esta plataforma con razón ahora entiendo .

I delivered an order but I didn't receive the money.
I went to pick up an order when I arrived they gave me another one I couldn't accept to pick it up on the app nor could I deliver it on the app when I arrived at the address 12:25

My phone was lost the other day and I no longer get into my Gmail account, which is my email on my account. I also do not have access to my phone so I cannot change or login to my account can I please change my phone number and my email account.

- Couldn't reach SENPEX by email for two weeks with no response.
- There is no Canadian office phone number, and online there are employee complaints.
There is no status, they don’t answer emails that don’t answer phone calls. They don’t call back, I can see why there’s so many complaints from employees, I’m guessing the same thing would be with any if they have any customers.
I've been trying to get a hold of #SENPEX through email for the last two weeks with no response whatsoever. For a company now that is international, that is pretty pathetic. There does not seem to be any type of phone number for the Canadian offices, and online, there seem to be nothing but complaints from employees!
