Senor Frogs

I normally love this place but last night after paying my cover and getting my wristband, I went to get a drink and the bartender wouldnt give me one because she said they dont recognize that wristband. It was the one señor frogs gave me !

Then she asked for my ID And she wouldnt take it because it was from another country. Ive never been treated like this before. I even tried to show her the birthday on the back and she wouldnt even look at it! She clearly had a personal vendetta against me .

Nasty. A brown hair girl with blonde highlights named Leyia or something like that. A total cretin, a rodent of a human being!

A manager came over and told them to give me a drink. He was kind.

But I feel the discriminatory behavior was not addressed sufficiently; I drove over an hour to get there and instead of having fun I left feeling discriminated . I hope to speak to managers and find a peaceful solution .

I happen to live here but had my international ID on me last night, but what about people visiting the country that only have their ID from their country? Deny them services ?!

Insanity ! Never seen anything like this !

We went to Señor Frogs on June 5, 2025, at the Panama City Beach location. Upon entry, we noticed the doorman asking everyone in line for their IDs, us included.

The 19-year-old in our group was marked with a stamp/X on her hand. While dancing, the 19-year-old in our group spoke with a group that was also on the dance floor. They appeared incoherent and later disclosed that they were 10th and 11th graders who attended Mosley High School. Around 11:00pm, we witnessed the bartender serve alcohol to that same group.

As we sat there, we saw this same group, who were there with an adult female, order another round of alcohol. They did not make any attempt to be discreet at all. We saw the alcohol bottle, we saw the bartender pour that bottle into a plastic cup, we saw the bartender hand that cup to the adult female, we saw the same adult female hand the drinks to the group, and we saw the group (3 girls and 1 boy) consume the drink. This is clearly a common occurrence; why else would the bartender and security get super friendly with this group, who are noticeably minors, inside their establishment during those hours?

These minors did not have any stamp or X markings on their hands to indicate that they were minors. I contacted the manager the next morning and shared with them that we have a footage of the incident and would like to share it with them.

I was told someone would reach out to me. I'm still waiting for a response.

I was in Tulum, Mexico on vacation last March 17th to celebrate my birthday on 5th Avenue, Playa del Carmen. I was excited to go as it was to be a fun and extended event.

Please know that I am a frequent traveller and have been to Mexico several times but this is the first bad experience I have had.

The evening started out great and we were provided balloon hats and the atmosphere was upbeat but it ended for me and my sister quite abruptly when the waitress grabbed by breasts and shook them with her hands. First, while I am not a prude, this was completely inappropriate. The groping of breasts is quite presumptuous and alarming given very personal circumstances. What if I had just undergone surgery or had breast cancer (like my sister) and very sensitive breast (me).

Do we grab men's genitalia? I am just not understanding the rationale behind such behavior.

I was so shocked I did not know what to say or do and while people around were laughing or shocked in their seat I was very uncomfortable. I ask that you have a discussion with your staff to advise them that there are other ways to have fun and that given this day and age it is in fact totally inappropriate for many reasons.

This incident had led me to consider not returning to your establishment as this behavior goes against my very being (and my sister also) not to mention in breach of one's privacy.

I thank you in advance for taking the necessary action. I absolutely am an advocate of celebration in a fun way but not at the detriment of those that fall victim to embarrassment due to an invasion of their privacy and/or potentially causing further harm to medical challenges they are experiencing.
