Denial of Refund

I paid these people $1500 to assist me in enrolling my mother in the Arizona Long Term Care program. This was on 12/10/21. My mother passed away on 12/15/21 and I emailed the woman who had been helping me that night. The contract I signed states that I had 7 business days to cancel. They did not have time to do much work on the account because there were documents they needed that I was trying to get. I called them on 12/17/21 and they advised me that they would not refund the $1500 because the contract said the money was not refundable. That is not the case and now they won't return my money OR my calls! Very shoddy way to do business!

User's recommendation: Absolutely NOT.
