Malpractice by nursing staff. Allowed me lie in my urine soaked sweatpants in ER. Placed urinal out of reach. I was hooked up to i,v.
I had bladder infection from leukemia. I asked for a phone 4 times.
A phone was placed on the wall behind me. T nursing care was deplorable.

- - Accounts from Senex Services appear on my credit report, but I never received any bills or information on who to pay.
I have several accounts showing on my credit report from Senex Services in Indianapolis, Indiana. However I've never received any bills in these amounts, no information on who the bill supposedly through, no phone calls, no letters, absolutely NOTHING! How am I supposed to pay for something that I can't get any information on?

I received a call from an arrogant and rude person who asked for my personal information on the telephone from this Senex Company, she was constantly mean and rude and kept on asking for my private information over and over again, wouldn't tell me who she was and kept attacking me on the phone. I'm a senior and that could of gave me a heart attack, then my family will have a law suit.
I will absolutely go into a harassment charge with these people and that will stop them from doing this to anyone else. How dare they expect you to give out that information on a phone.
How sick is this company. it should be closed down

Senex Services of Indianapolis Indiana is a collection Agency contracted by Community Medical Center in Freehold New Jersey. I paid a past due medical bill for my daughter in full to the hospital directly.
I provided proof of payment multiple times to Senex Services via fax and regular mail and I continue to get threatening letters and it remains on my credit report. My proof of payment is ignored. I need the open balance closed on my credit report.
Ive asked them to contact the hospital directly if they do not like my receipts. I am ignored and I am frustrated.
I had a very similar problem with Senex. They screwed up my credit and they were to blame.
