I am desperatly disappointed in not receiving my suitcase which has some important documents. Speaking to someone today, I was told my case had been returned to Germany, as there was no custom form attached.
When I placed the ordered, I filled in a custom form which was sent. I was NOT told that I had to attach the custom form to the outside, although there was one inside. This is also just bloody minded of Customs. I have now got to try and contact the person where the case is.
I need to know exactly what you need me to do, fill in a new form, send it to you, send it to Germany????
When will I get the case back? Using your service for many years
