Misleading claims
Be very careful when considering solarIt is expensive and the sales people at Semper oversold capabilities
Semper sent a salesman who told us if we installed solar panels and a backup battery, we would produce enough power to reduce our power bill to near zero. False, they came out again and said we need double the number of panels and another battery.
We decided to give it a go. They finished the installation and again the power was not sufficient.
We complained and they refused to address the issue. They were happy to take our money; we are seniors, and they were happy to oversell the capability but take no responsibility for false claims.

Unable to contact them on any of the phone numbers to service my solar system and I have only had it barely a year when it stopped working. They get your money and then disappear.
Still waiting for service, after 2 weeks. Solars been down now for a month.
This is bad because I am now paying for electricity and my financed solar system on a Social Security budget. Bad business practices.

Questionable metrics
They do not post ALL reviews. WE had a caucasian friend write a fake review and it was posted.
My current opinion is that they discriminate.

This company apparently is a "pay to use" rating company and does not give ratings based on actual reviews.
I reviewed a Veteran owned Solar company and the reviews were stellar and the rating was moderate as if the reviews did not matter.
In a world of online reference and dependability, consumers need to know these companies have their best interest in mind and are in business to serve the greater public.
I hope this is not the case and would love to hear their explanation as I have inquired with them and have received no response to date.
It appears many have reviewed this company, Sempersolaris.com, but this site seems like a scam site.
Please investigate.
