Why does my 4/12 visit show
$ 0 free play. Called and spoke to customer service and was told my next "incentive" to come back would be on 4/22.
That doesn't make sense to me and he couldn't explain it either. I am hoping someone can tell me what happened to my free play on the night of 4/12.

The only complaint I have is I would like to win more. But I am sure that is everyones complaint. It seems like it costs more money and the games are all expensive.

I purchased a pack of cigarettes from the candy/cigarette girl in the VIP room. I gave her a cash tip and when I checked my transaction, it showed I redeemed more unity points than my purchase.
This is not about the money and more about the girl scamming customers out of money. I am sure I am not the first person she did this to and not the first time this has happened. I spend a lot of money at the casino and I try to tip in cash so I dont appreciate employees stealing from me. If she is pulling this scam then what else might she steal?
I cant believe this is the type of person Seminole Hardrock casino would hire. I would really appreciate a call back.
Preferred solution: A call back, the additional money she added redeemed and as well as my cash tip returned. I also want some type of employee disciplinary action taken. She needs to know stealing from customers is unacceptable.

I have gambled all over the state & everytime I call for a comp in Tampa I am told they are fully committed. Really???
Three months in advance?
I never pay for rooms in Atlantic City, Vegas. Other Seminole casinos.. but Tampa, I was quoted $40O a night in July, which is the casino rate which is hard to believe.
Love the way you treat your customers!! I was told I would have to drive to Tampa as the casino host will not accept phone calls.Are you crazy, thats 3 hours for me.
Get it together or you will loose customers.. just like me!

Casino won’t take calls to help customers! I’m talking to someone in The Philippines who cannot satisfactorily help me. I have gambled all over the world . No one would help me secure a comp for 1 nig

Offers that are all not available for a comp room. My friend called & Tampa Hard Rock said they had comps available for the 16-18 th of July.
I was told they were fully committed, which was not true to my knowledge based on my friends conversation.
I have gambled all over the world & always are comped rooms. You all are not looking out for your casino players.
