ROCK SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE
Reference # 0204**** On 03/02/2024 I purchased two pair of their Montana Silversmith necklace and ear ring sets using my unity points to pay for them at a cost of 160.00. These were for my sisters and it turned out that they didn't like what I picked out.
So on 03/08/2024 I Made a special trip back to this casino to return/exchange these items for two pair that my sisters wanted. I was greeted by a nice young lady named Nickey and she informed me that she couldn't do this and only the Manager could do so and she wasn't due in until 3 pm. So she called this manage and told her of my issue and that I wasn't local and I had to get back to my apartment. The Manager was to call me that night and NEVER DID SO.
So, I contacted the Hard Rock Casino in Florida and sent everything back to them by USPS tracking mail requesting a credit or refund to be issued and then sent to me by mail to my apartment address and CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. According to them, all sales are FINAL with no postings of this on their receipt nor anywhere inside of this Rock Shop. POLICY IS THE ISSUE HERE for a new Casino and customer service. I feel that I am due me 250.00 for my points earned on my unity card by playing on their slot machines in the time frame that they have been open.
Not knowing of their POLICY when these items were purchased and the salesperson not saying anything about this has me mad and pissed off to say the least.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on their part. NO logical reason for this at all in not being able to cancel my account and send me a check as I am never going back there again.
