- - Seminole Chevrolet charges a $999 dealer fee.
- - The Traverse was in transit with all the options.
- - My wife loves the roominess and 3 rows.
My wife wanted to trade in her 2021 Wrangler. After looking at numerous different makes and models, she settled on the new 2025 Chevrolet Traverse.
After many calls to Chevy dealers in Florida, I found out that every one of them added several thousands of dollars to the deal. Some as high as $4,000.00. One day I ran across Seminole Chevrolet. They had the perfect Traverse, in transit, with all the options my wife wanted and nothing she didn't.
I called and talked with the manager. I asked about any add on money above and beyond the price, tax, tag, and all normal costs associated with a car purchase. He told me that they only add $999.00 dealer fee. I made a deal right then on the phone and gave them a credit card for a deposit.
It took a few weeks for the vehicle to arrive. I was called immediately the day it showed up on the lot. I made arrangements to travel the 5 hours there and swap vehicles. When I arrived, someone met me at the door and escorted me to my salesman.
The paperwork was ready for me to sign. My wife esigned at home. I was taken to the finance office and signed all necessary documents. The salesman showed up almost immediately and took me to my wife's new SUV with a tankful of gas.
We shook hands and I drove back home. I have been a Chevy owner since the early 70s. I presently own a 2024 Silverado. The Traverse was a most comfortable ride the 5 hours back home.
My wife loves the roominess and 3 rows of fold down seats.
The Traverse is the best priced and best value for the price. I congratulate Chevrolet on the engineering of the 2025 Traverse and I also congratulate Seminole Chevrolet for their honesty, great customer service, and professionalism.
