- - First washes were fine.
- - Ammonium sulfate; hair turned yellow-brown; she is devastated.
My daugher has dandruff, so i bought the selsun blue shampoo. For the first few washes, it worked fine.
The last few fluid ounces seemed to have lots of ammonium sulphate. I washed her today and it has turned my child's hair yellowish brown.
She is very devasted. I am considering buying dye to recover her damaged hair.

SelsunBlue gave me more dandruff then I had before using it
- - Dandruff started six months ago; Selsun Blue was ineffective.
- - Dermatologist prescribed Ketoconazole 2% and Clobetasol; by 3/9/2012 no dandruff.
Six months before (today 3/9/2012) I notice I started having dandruff in my hair so I decided to use Selsun blue dandruff shampoo in order to get rid of it. It also happen to me at that time to see few commercials of their company so I decide to purchase their product. At the beginning I notice I lost some of the dandruff but not all of it so I continue using it. I gave it some time. Around 2/20/2012 my aunt put her fingers in my hair and snow of dandruff fell on the kitchen table. It was shameful moment. I realized that Selsun blue is not working at all and I actually gave it 5 months. I set up appointment with local dermatologist on 3/6/2012. On that day he prescribe me Ketokanazole 2% shampoo and Clobetasol Propionate Topical Solution, USP 0,05% and start using it same day.
Guess what? Today 3/9/2012 I don't have a trace of dandruff and that redness on the top of my head the doctor told me I have it.
I am VERY VERY PISSED at Selsun blue products and their fake for-profit only company. I don't see any differance between Westwood College and Selsun Blue from what they have to offer and what you actually get point of view.
Thanks for reading. I hope you will take my advice for serious and never use Selsun blue products.

I agree. That commercial has me committed to never buy Selsun Blue.
I don't think there has ever been a more annoying commercial. And it seems to be on every ten minutes.
