Their payment dates crazy

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - You must pick a payment date two weeks in advance.
  • - Payments post 3–5 days after the date; a second notice noted 18–20 days.

They make you pick a date 2 weeks in front of your payment online and then they still need another 3 days To 5 days after to post it in your bank account. They sent me a second notice and in my bank account is their payment pending to be posted 3 days after the date that I have picked on their data site.

This is ridiculous most companies only hold a payment three to five days not 18 days or 20 days. Apparently they have very poor procedures.

User's recommendation: Are you make your payments 15 days before your due date or you can be 20 days after your due date by their standards.
