Sell my timeshare now has never sold anything for us!

We gave these people $1,500 to sell our timeshare years ago. We've dropped the price to almost nothing and sent several interested parties their way to make an offer.

After the parties speak to "not sell my timeshare now" they're suddenly not interested.

I don't believe they could sell ice water in *** My wife asked for our money back and they tried to sell her another out of pocket scheme again. Really shady!!

They are worthless

Nobody is helpful at all, you're better off keeping your money and advertising it on Facebook or paying a little more and get an attorney to break your contract. They only advertise on their website, you have to make updates yourself for it to be noticed or it goes to the bottom/back of the list.

They do not sell timeshares as they told me after I paid, they advertise.

They don't give you any information as to who is interested to negotiate selling your timeshare, they provide a generic email that honestly they probably just make up. After 2 years of nothing, they are now pawning me off to timeshare attorneys and having them call me.

Refund

I was a fool. I gave SMTN $3996.00 on October 16, 2020 to sell my Marriott timeshares in Palm Desert California and Hawaii.

In June I called to terminate and asked for my money back. I was told that wasnt possible, it I wanted to stop they would give my information to a lawyer. I didnt want to do that so I lowered the price and kept going. In July I called again to stop.

This time they told me I had had an offer so I couldnt get my money back. The offer was for $1000.00, I was asking $10000.00, I had paid SMTS $3996.00 so I would have lost money. At that point I told them to remove my ad and refund my money. There was no response.

After many calls I contacted the Better Business Bureau. I noticed many complaints on their site for SMTN resolved. After negotiations I offered them $1000.00, they countered with $1500.00 and I said ok. Then I got the papers to sign.

It included a NDA, as well as claiming I should have contacted customer service . I had called customer service numerous times and never gotten a callback or they were looking into it, and I would t be silenced. I assume the resolved cases signed NDA. Searching the internet I found many cases just like mine.

I would like my money back, but most important I want these people exposed.

I know better than to give people money in advance and anything that sounds too good to be true is probably bad. Please help.
