I went shopping at the store and I got hit by the manager he follow me to the parking lot to harassing me, security stop him for throw a metal on me

I went food shopping at my neighborhood groceries Sellers Brother on Uvalde, st.. at the moment of walking out the store after paying all my groceries a basket full. Your Security woman stop us and told me she had to check my purse bc i stole a pack of yellow cheese. I refuse and ask for a police officer to check my property, she was not going to touch my property I made that VERY CLEAR.

I call my daughter who was outside waiting on us, n told her what is going on , she ask me to take a pic of her , that is when I step back to take a pic and she reach to slap the phone out my hand. ( Do you guys even care for your customers i was not supporters by your employee.. me as a customer.. i ask all your managers on the floor for names for numbers to complain and no one help me .

i waited for someone to come and speak to me no one gave information. i had to walk to the office and main woman who told me she was not the manager . with a little brown shirt on. sitting behind the main desk doing paper work .

roll her eyes at me . when i ask why no manager when to talk to me... what kind of security.. that dont speak English.

that put there hands on the customer.. does your company hires.. why no one apologized to us to my 9 yr old child who saw everything.. Why your managers, employee..

My wife was called a "stupid white *** in Spanish, by one of the cashier's. First off, my wife isn't white, she's Hispanic herself, so she understood the rude, obscene comment made by the employee.

When she asked to speak to the store manager about the blatant disrespect, the manager backed up the rude employee by saying that the cashier was the best employee he had and that his cashier would never say anything so nasty to anyone. My wife then proceeded to attempt to get their names and their corporate number to file a complaint against them, they refused and asked her to leave their store as they "feared" for their lives for what my wife would do. Long story short, we will never shop at this Sellers Bros or any of their locations ever again.

They want to disrespect their customers, well they're not getting anymore of my business. By the way, this was the Sellers Bros on Edgebrook in Houston, TX.

I've been working at sellers bros and don't get me wrong, the environment is pretty decent, but the customers can be so rude and it's honestly upsetting, I'm expected to force a smile on my face for some customer who isn't even going to acknowledge me, I got news for you buddy not going to happen, not only that, they don't give you singed documents with your signature on it, seems like craps to me, I honestly hate the rules they follow, they need a serious wake up call.

I used to work for sellers bros basically we got paid 7.25 no matter what's position I did baskets beer and sacking and had to skip breaks so I could leave home early the vs is they cut my hours to like 25 now take a third of my check every WK I can't even afford to live in my place its 500 covers water but that leaves grocery laundry hygiene electric a phone cause they call in for rush hour and I'm outside in the heat I expect humidity pay we got no employee discounts and even if I stay I have to wait for a raise once a year not to mention the poor maintenance

I have shopped and Sellers for several years, and I have also purchased a alot of out dated items and even brought a pack of ground beef with a mosquito wrapped in it... Items that I have purchased that were out dated have been Jimmy Dean pan sausage, Yogurts, milk, but the last item I bought was on yesterday 10/22/2014 and it was a $16.99 20 pack of Budweiser Beer...

I was not aware of the law, that once you have purchased alcohol or cigarettes they can not be brought back in to the store, but the white security guard made sure he made a scene in by telling me that... Yelling "ma'am you can not bring that back in the store.. So I asked him what if the item in out dated then what???

His answer to me was "oh well!!!" I was at the Sellers Brothers on Market St. in Jacinto City...
