Yet this number goes directly to a voice mail with a message that tells you text because they do not check voice messages daily. The customer support phone number 1.800.259.0434 is no longer in service. And there email support@***.com that you're supposed to request a refund is slow and nothing gets done. Furthermore, when you try to get a refund you will be constantly asked not to cancel repeatedly over several emails.
Instead of receiving a refund, I received another bank charge and no response via email or otherwise. What a SCAM.
