Received phone back - so the company are not so bad but I still wouldn't use again.

This company are just one big problem!

Sent my phone 3 weeks ago now. The price offered was cut down by what I thought was an unreasonable amount.

Requested to have the phone sent back. Still waiting. No one from this company will respond to me.

The only quick reply I had was when I asked for a label in order to send the phone out. I should have realised when I received it 5 minutes later upside down, scanned in with bits missing - to stay away!
