Terrible service from Selkirk Chrysler, will NOT go back
I went back to my hometown to give my services to Selkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep, which I did not need to as I live 2 hours away. First off they failed to mention I needed to buy the mandatory extended warranty, which they did NOT inform me about until I was signing the papers.
Then they had to reprint the contract 3 times because of mistakes and it was still wrong in the end. The tag on the keys had a car name and model that was not mine. So over all I have had the car 3months then it needed new calibers, rear slider kits and more to name, need I say this is a BRAND NEW car. So I take it back to be fixed, they have had it for well over 3weeks now and it is still sitting in their parking lot.
Not to mention I call numerous times which ive been told ok we will call you back, to which I have NEVER had them return, even from the MANAGER.
Oh and to boot they decide to give my step mom my rental, and I am the ONLY person on my contract!!! NEVER AGAIN
