I went to selfridges few months ago where I was treated so badly by an makeup advisor from Lancôme what a rude n unprofessional behaviour she showed to me, I was feeling v unwell n I only asked to sit for a second on a chair she simply refused n being rude to me n said what for? I did tell Im not feeling well n she said go to the cafe thr will be plenty of chairs to sit n I complained to another lady n asked for n asked for a manager but the manager took ages to come n looked like she was a racist too thn I rang the customer service the next day n explained everything n was told they will have a look thn someone wrong an email n said they r investigating the matter but nothing happened so its been 2 months now , i do get email from different managers n they say same we r looking into it but nothing happened which has made me extremely disappointed n angry n frustrated what a pathetic customer service given by the v renowned store!

Preferred solution: They should at least have any courtesy to give an apology note with coupons etc

Once I called the right number, the customs issue was handled promptly

DHL contacted me the customer direct when they should have contacted Selfridges.

This was all regarding US Customs. They wanted to know the name and address of the manufacturer.

I am a customer at the store and have no idea where the clothes are manufactured.

Selfridges handled it promptly once I called the correct number, which was on my receipt from the VAT/dept of the store.

My daughter gave me a £50 Selfridges cinema voucher for Mothers Day, When my senior friend and I booked two seats (£13.50 each) plus one box of popcorn and one small can of drink there was a surplus of about £17. They utterly refused to give me a credit note for the difference.

In my mind this is cheating. They have also completely ignored my written complaint.
