74% RENT INCREASE WTF
LETTER MARCH 30 SENT AND RECEIVED APRIL 3 2018 RENT INCREASE FROM 115.00 TO 200.00 +GST PER MONTH. 74% INCREASE. HOW CAN THESE COMPANIES GET AWAY WITH THIS? -THEY STATED RAISING RENTS TO CURRENT MARKET LEVELS. UNFORTUNATELY PREVIOUS INCREASES HAVE NOT KEPT PACE WITH ESCALATING PROPERTY TAXES AND EXPENSES. I HOPE MANY OTHERS CURRENTLY WITH STORAGE AT ONE OF THEIR SITES WILL ALSO COMPLAIN TO THE BBB AND ALL AVENUES. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! WE NEED MORE PROTECTION FROM CONSUMER PROTECTION SERVICES AND HAVE STORAGE FACILITIES REGULATED, SO THEY CAN NOT GET AWAY WITH A 74% INCREASE IN 1 YR. THIS IS ALSO CRAZY THAT I HAVE TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 100 WORDS TO PLACE THIS REVIEW. THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF STUPID RULES
