I have not submitted pw for 2017 but they deducted money from my check acct before I submitted . I have to call many times for clerical errors and have had to call the company distributor my self. You can be rest assured I will be calling again. Many, many other problems over the years w/this outfit and very difficult to communicate with. Several years ago had a law firm taking 200/month from my checking acct but doing absolutely nothing for me...

Upon receiving a call within 30 seconds of entering information online from Heather to inquire about a discounted medicine I found things to be suspicious. I Googled the name of the company Select Care Benefits and found comments stating they are a rip off and not the honest company they claimed to be. While reading this info, I was switched to another person Heather to verify all the information and when they asked for all kinds of proof of...

This company is the worst I joined them in March and did not receive one ounce of medications UNTIL either May or June and the only reason I received it was because I had to threaten them with legal actions they never once called me to tell me that my "doctor" filled out the paperwork incorrectly which I seriously doubt he did since I was actually there when he signed it and I am the one who mailed it off to them. If you value your money PLEASE...

SelectCare Benefits Network Patient Assistance Program Review

Charged $190 over 4 months, reaping no 'benefits' whatsoever. When I called to cancel they said no refund would be issued. So I paid for a 'service' that did nothing but take my money. On a side note: if you need insulin, go to Walmart! Novolin for $25 a vial~ NO PRESCRIPTION needed!!!!! Just ask for it at the counter!

Get your information and want return it. They don't let you see a package if what they are offering. Just tell you over the phone so it seems like a good deal until they start taking money out your account. You have authorized to stop drafting but they keep doing it. You send back their package to cancel the membership and they still keep drafting your account. Not a trustworthy company with showing what their company is about. BE WARE ASK FOR...

Yes I had a bad experience with select care benefits which is know as myrxadvocate. Somehow your account seems to be short of extra funds and they will not honor making it right. I suggest no one get involved with this company they want do the right thing. They are rude and not nice at all, as long as they are getting your money they are fine. I will use the another company that my doctor recommends.

Megan called me several weeks ago to ask about the status of my medication. I did not have an answer then because I was in the process of possibly switching plans and companies and did not know if I would be covered. I asked her to call back in a week, hoping I would have more information then. True to her word SHE DID!!! That never happens. When I called to today she actually remembered me!!! She answered all my questions, and could not...

reeree25 of course she remembered you Lillian they write down your name and information so that they can remember who they are ripping off.

I was under the impression that I was paying this company $35.00 a month for my Dulera which had been costing me $80.00 a month even with my drug insurance. After 8 weeks, got my 90 day supply and had to call Merck, the manufacturer, with a question and found out they had sent out my medication at no cost to me. Woman from Merck said to call and cancel with SCBN right away because it was a scam and they get calls all the time about these kinds...

I did a search online to find assistance for my boyfriend who has severe epilepsy. If he goes so much as a day without one or more of his medications (Lyrica, Lamictal, and Gabitril) he will have multiple seizures. He was on Social Security Disability but in 2012 they kicked him off because his seizures were controlled with medication and with that he lost his medicare and prescription assistance. Social Security also told him he OWES them...
