AI Highlights
  • - Bullying of staff and low morale drive high turnover.
  • - Staff do not stay long and vote with their feet.

So much bullying of staff and low morale such a high turnover speaks volumes. Avoid them find a provider that genuinely cares no wonder staff dont stay long and vote with their feet. Sorry state of affairs when a mental health hub organisation doesnt care less about their employees.

Despicable behavior by Manager and CEO

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Concerns the company prioritizes expansion and branding over client care.
  • - Allegations of using NDIS clients in promotions and 14-day notices to leave.

SELECTABILITY CORPORATE OPERATOR BEWARE!

It's an "all in the family" run corporate wannabe entity that focuses more on EXPANSION than looking after the clients it has already!

IF SELECTABILITY "CASH COW" CLIENTS COMPLAIN THEY ARE GIVEN 14 DAYS NOTICE TO GO ELSEWHERE!

AND TAXPAYER DOLLARS SUPPORT THESE CORPORATE'S, THESE CORPORATION FIRST OPERATORS!

The recently formed ROYAL COMMISSION has received similar complaints to mine below.

Selectability putting their corporate logos etc on all their cars to promote their corporation, and by doing so, exploiting people with mental illnesses by using clients to promote their Selectability corporate colors.

So much for client confidentiality!

In fairness other providers are doing this too but not to such a HUGE extent!

Again when one voiced his opinion to Selectability CORPORATE manager was more or less told if you don't like it might be best going elsewhere!

Should have expected that from a corporate only interested in the $$$ rather than the client, the whole reason SELECTABILITY claims to exist in the first place!

Do Selectability really need to advertise in such a way by exploiting NDIS client "cash cows" by using Selectability NDIS clients as Selectability corporate "props", or "show pony" accessories, parading their Selectability "CASH COW" NDIS clients around in SELECTABILITY corporate colours, showing Selectability NDIS clients off like toy poodles?

People looking at the Selectability logos with "suicide prevention" and "mental illness" etc etc printed all over the support vehicles LABELING NDIS clients for Selectability corporate gain!

Other drivers who look at Selectability NDIS clients inside these Selectability vehicles think, gosh, they're suicidal or the clients inside these Selectability support vehicles are some sort of freaks or something and probably thinking "best steer clear of him"!

Such is the stigma associated with people with mental illness!!

The "LABELLING" solely so SELECTABILITY CAN PROMOTE THEIR CORPORATE BRAND, parading clients around like "PET POODLES".!

And when Selectability NDIS clients complain you are told "you don't like it go elsewhere" more or less, or TERMINATE ONES AGGREEMENT as they did with me, AND terminate the Inspire Clubhouse membership on top of it!

And the Liberals when in power let these CORPORATE THUGS these ROGUE OPERATORS get away with this, and even worse, IT'S TAXPAYER DOLLARS THAT SUPPORT THESE CORPORATE THUGS!

These so-called "caring" NDIS service providers who's only goal is to expand their corporate interests rather than taking care of the clients they have already!

No wonder there are so many NDIS service providers out there waiting to CASH IN!

More NDIS service providers just in Northern Queensland than blisters on a LNP POLITICIANS ***

Let it be known that the Hon Phillip Thompson's office has sided with this practice!

He used to be a part of Selectability INSPIRE CLUB HOUSE (Selectability). He recently awarded a massive contract to the Australian Army for mental health services to Selectability, something that needs to be looked in to.

There are laws in Australia about exploiting people with mental illnesses and it is sad days when one must go to the Courts to get them to uphold the law because politicians are not interested!

SELECTABILITY MANAGMENT & SHIFT CO-ORDINATION - UNRELIABLE, LACK COMMUNICATION - NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!

The car I was allocated was filthy for over 6 months until I finally complained, see pics below!

Has anyone else been given this same cold shoulder please let us know on this public platform and leave a review.

WHY WERE THE LNP TURNING A BLIND EYE TO ALL THIS?

There is a ROYAL COMMISSION now for complaints, and they ARE interested, and SELECTABILITY is known to them.

To make a complaint, telephone

1800 51* ***

They will actually organise someone to interview you!

Pros:
  • Advertising
Cons:
  • Service

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: USE ANOTHER NDIS SERVICE PROVIDER - STEER CLEAR OF CORPORATES
