Terrible customer service

I ordered two remote controlled electric blinds. I was told that they would be pre-programmed and set up to link with my Wi-Fi system and my iPhone.

When they arrived they would not work properly I contacted the company and they told me I needed a remote control to reprogram them myself. They agreed to send a remote free of charge by courier. Two weeks past and no remote control. Contacted them again got a tracking number for the remote.

It is being held in customs awaiting payment for a duty. Even if I paid to do it itll be another seven days before they arrive . Contacted Customer Service and told him I was fed up with the blinds and just want to return them. I was told there is no return policy and I would just have to wait for the remote to arrive.

Do not buy blinds from this company. And all of their equipment is built in the United States not Canada
