Poor Customer Service

I ordered two pairs of reading glasses online from this company. I received my glasses a few days later, but only one pair was in the box and I was billed for two pairs. I called the company and was told that they would look into the issue. No one ever called me back. I called the company a second time and the representative told me that they would ship me out the second pair of glasses that day. After waiting two weeks, I called the company a third time. The representative again checked and told me that the glasses had been shipped out only the day before. She had a negative tone to her voice that I didn't appreciate and gave me no apology for taking so long to ship out my glasses. I'm not holding my breath until they arrive... I will not order from this company again.
