I lost the email with my tickets in them. How can i get them re-sent?

No Response for Wrong Ticket
I purchased a ticket for a Weezer/Panic show, and Select-A-Ticket sent me a ticket for the wrong location and wrong date, across the country where I cannot attend. I emailed and called about it, and they continually direct me to a voicemail box to someone who never calls me back. I received an email reply over one weekend ago from a sales rep who said he would call me the next day. He never did. I finally received another email from him that said he had been to busy to call and asked me what the correct location was, which I have relayed in every email and phone message. I replied again with that information and received no response. Called again and received the voicemail again. Now I am out $77.64 for the wrong show and still have no response.

In may 20014 i got a fix it ticket for res i got the ticket taken care of in santa rosa but 2 years ltter they said that i had to go to napa and they wat 140p dollrs

Tickets sold twice
When I arrived at the Beacon Theater, my seats were already occupied by another ticket holder. The tickets were legitimate, so security did not stop me from entering the front door. However, when I handed my tickets to the staff to scan, the tickets had already been scanned and my seats were already occupied. Select-A-Ticket is selling tickets twice and it cost me a lot of time and $109. It was frustrating and embarrassing to have Select-A-Ticket do this to me and I do not want anybody to use this site and have the same experience. I was excited to go and see the Smashing Pumpkins and totally disappointed with the outcome.

Never buy from this website EVER
It's 2 days before my show and I STILL do not have my tickets. I have called several times with no satisfaction. They give you a song and dance when you call and never get back to you with an answer. The guy who has my order isn't even working today. Joe (who always seems to answer the phone) doesn't get involved with other orders. WTF??????? Select a ticket is a complete RIP OFF. The next call they get from me will be my lawyer. Check the BBB. They aren't even accredited and they don't close out complaints. So no tickets and you can bet they already charged my credit card. Stub hub is a much more helpful and reliable website to purchase tickets from. At least they send you tickets for the seats you ordered.

$87.00 for tickets/Select a ticket intercepted the site buyiing from them instead of MSG site causing confusion
Why? Because when I tried to order the tickets, I went to the Madison Square Garden website to purchase wwe tickets for me and my son, not knowing that the tickets that were available were coming from a different company, I purchased tow two tickets thinking all the whole time I bought from the Madison square garden website like I did before, the day arrived and I went to Madison square garden and they did not see any results that I have purchase the tickets, I went over and over how I went on their site and purchased the tickets, gave them my credit card and still no proof of purchase, my son moaned and cried and we made phone calls from other peoples phone trying to help us to the point where the place went from crowded to no one me and son were there alone in Madison square garden upset, the look on my sons face made me feel so bad and I felt horrible, we both felt horrible, confused, upset my son even ran away from me, I had to run after him and find him in the train station crying. I am still very very upset to this day. I finally found out that the company who interfered wth my purchase of the tickets were Select a ticket, I never even heard you guys before, when I called the place was closed and it was a done deal we were not attending the event. The day was the worse day I ever had in my life. As I called and tried to explain what happened and get a refund to give to my son so he could spend the money on the next event, coming up the person refused to refund, til this day I never even saw the tickets or proof that I even bought from you except my credit card company shows Select a ticket took $87.00 dollars off my credit card. This happened in March 2014, I forgot what day but it was three months ago. I would like the CEO of the company to take a look at this compliant and refund my money before I go to small claims court. You better believe I will win. There ois no exaggeration in my story. Actually it is pretty sad. I thought my son was going to jump off the train tracks. Never received tickets, til this day, never saw proof I bought tickets, except my credit card company showing I bought them, never received them from the company the day of the event because of confusion. You, your company intercepted on the site causing confusion on my behalf and resulting anger, confusion, disappointment, and a possible tragedy on my behalf. My son constantly called my a loser the entirely ride home, resulting in more pain and disappointment. I am requesting my money back/refund ASAP! Very Dissatisfied Customer!!!
I purchased tickets online for a Venue in Phoenix for January of 2014. I didn't realize that I was purchasing thru a 3rd party vendor that didn't have control of the seating assignment! MISTAKE #1 When the tickets showed up they were not in the area we had requested. We booked 4 months prior to the event!! I paid to ship the original tickets back so they could make a request for better seats from the ticket source. I waited over a month and there was no call or mail with the new seating assignment. When I called back today (1 month later) they wanted to charge me more, couldn't find the seat selection we agreed upon a month ago, and basically over talked, argued and told the customer that it was my fault. This company lacks follow- up and ethics. I will NEVER do business with this group, take this as a warning!

Select a Ticket scams!!!
I bought tickets off Select A Ticket.com and paid $265,$250 for the tickets and $15 for shipping. I get the tickets the value on the tickets in $55 EACH, so why are the seats $55 if I paid $125 each!! Then I asked where my money is, he said that is the price on the ticket not how much we paid for them. Makes no sense. You can only talk to one person in the company!! It's such a rip off and scam!! So I could of gotten better tickets off stubhub or ticketmaster!! I am furious!!

Update: Select-A-Ticket refunded the cost of the ticket, so I was just out the shipping both directions. Fair enough. In the end, the salesperson was helpful and came through on the promised refund so looks like I just needed to be more patient.
