No running water doing my entire stay
I checked to my hotel roomapproximately 3:15 pm. I notice the water stop running at around 4:15 p.m.
I went to the front desk to ask what was the problem, they said it will be back on in approximately 30 minutes. From 4:15pm to about 9:15pm I probably went to the front dest 5 times. Everytime, they said ,"soon it would be back on. Anyway, doing my entire stay, I had no running water and no use of the toliet.
I also missed a very important engagement because I had no way of getting showered . I was very depressing. To add more, the room was infested with roaches.
At check out, I ask if I could be compensated in some way, they said No! Not at all.
