Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Purchased ice cream machine from Vevor on 7/5/23 with a delivery date of 7/10/23. Vevor updated its system on 7/5/2023 to confirm it placed the shipment order.

7/10/23 came and went - the item wasn't delivered.
I reached out to Seko Logistics and Vevor by separate email. Vevor responded and apologized by offering a $30 refund in exchange for my patience. Seko Logistics ignored me.
Seko Logistic's tracking website estimates delivery by 7/17/23. I am writing this review on 7/18/23.
Seko Logistics has not responded to even one of my three inquiries.

They have completely ignored me.

Now Vevor is suggesting they will only refund me upon return of the machine! How am I supposed to assume responsibility to return something that I never received?!
STAY AWAY FROM SEKO LOGISTICS AND ANY COMPANY THAT USES THEM!

Follow up: A sincere thanks to Dave Imondi, Seko Logistics Operational Support, for investigating the delay, communicating the reason behind the delay, and promptly taking action to streamline communications within Seko and with me. My machine was successfully delivered today, 7/20/23.

Very Bad

they do not meet the deadlines,they took 6 months to deliver a cargo, that they did not fully load (i lost 34 tons) and they did not fulfill the contracted price.

Supposedly unable to deliver when I was at home, they didnt even try. *** pathetic, every other parcel Ive ever had delivered has no problem, or calls the phone number on the front gate. Didnt even return to sender 2 months later.

One word - Impossible! The tracking on their site is not updated and trying to get through to customer service is beyond lunacy!

I ordered a tv on january 31 was suppose to get it on febuary the 4th or 7th. They delayed my order intill the 16th and now its delayed again intill the 23rd.

I hope i get my package it was a expensive tv that the prices raised up on cause it was on sale.

It shouldnt take a month to recieve an order that is ridcoulus. I hope god forbid i get my tv if not i have to get a refund and cannot afford to get the tv i wanted.
