I needed a union representative and was unable to connect with anyone Ive been a union person for 27 years and never needed a Shop Stewart or a Union wrap. This is my one chance that I need wine and no one is available when you call the local office all you get is a voicemail when you try to check, the person says one word never chats back with you. Its awful.
User's recommendation: Try to be available for your people that you represent . Unfortunately, the website is difficult. The chat person is unavailable and it’s very hard. When you even call your local union you never can get through. It’s always a voicemail to leave your information and no one calls you back. I’ve been a union member for 27 years and never had to use Shop Stewart or Union wrap and when I need one no one’s available really bad
