Bought a brand new seiko divers watch ,received on the day with damaged crowns,next day saw a watch centre who glanced over it and said that they should be able to turn, send it back and get a refund. My issue? I bought an automatic watch (needs to be worn to run). Received on a Wednesday, wore it for 24 hours, the watch lost 10 min time, no big deal. Re-set the watch, wore it for another 24 hours, lost 2 hours of time. I notified Jomashop, arranged a return for refund. Wore the watch over the weekend hoping the watch would "break-in" and start keeping accurate time, not the case, the watch kept worse and worse time over the weekend. Monday...
