Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They took out their 20% restocking fee.
I had to pay for shipping. Find another knife company to purchase from because the risk is greater than the reward.
Read all reviews and policies before entering into business with this company. 20% RESTOCKING FEE, NOT BBB ACCREDITED, FALSE ADVERTISING, POOR QUALITY PRODUCT, POOR SLOW AND UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, intimidating emails including a bribe for $35 to keep your purchase rather than return it.
Customer also responsible for any other fees accrued during return/refund process.
What a regrettable experience and purchase. For the love of God do not buy from this business.

I called this number several times three times to be exact and no one answered. My overall opinion is do not buy anything from them. Their warranty is bogus, and they don't answer telephones
Your warranty does not disclose the fact that yeah, the product has to be broken and defective while it was shipped. This is one of the primary reasons why I will never be ordering from this company ever again.
Lying to your customer saying that there's a lifetime is bogus.
Warranty on the product is not true. I will disclose all this information to the better business bureau explaining everything too to them regarding your policy.

I have not received my package of knives that I ordered for my wife. I looked it up with the tracking number and it shows that it has just been ordered.
It's been several weeks and I haven't received any updates. It shows that my order has been received by the warehouse. Thus, it can be shipped and be here by Christmas. I ordered this several weeks ago, plenty of time in advance for it to be here by now.
This is very upsetting and a big inconvenience. I need this package delivered urgently!

My issue is quite a long one, I please request a emil but would truly prefer a call. My number is 518-258-**** I have a deep concern that has me feeling totally unhappy. I truly ask that this be a call and I would be very thankful for one as soon as possible.
User's recommendation: be very aware knives arrive but then look nothing like the pic. Then a text comes to me 2 days later almost a $300.00 difference in what I paid! Same knives actually the sale ones have better handles! This company does not ever return calls or answer any of their numbers!
